The security deposit, which is equal to one month's rent, will be returned after your lease term expires.
Please ask our managers for prices for individual move-in and move-out times by phone or on-site.

You pay the rent in advance conveniently by SEPA direct debit. After that, you will receive an invoice with VAT. If you no longer need your box, you can terminate it at any time and we will prorate your lease. We only ask that you give us a 7-day notice. We do not want you to pay for any days in the month that you’re not storing with us. So your final invoice will include your prorated rent amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded after your move out.
